Bron Thomson

Company founder and Director Bron started Springload because she wanted to 'work in a really great place with awesome people and fantastic clients'.  Well over a decade later and she is living her dream, and the people and culture of the company that she has grown are second to none.

Springload definitely feels more like a group of friends doing what they do really well than a typical patriarchal business. Bron studied Maths and Music at University and loves the web for its mix of logic and creativity. Known for thinking outside the square Bron consistently delivers stunning and functional web solutions to our clients.

Her rock climbing gear and mountain bike have been shelved for a wee while with the arrival of her baby daughter Lily. Fortunately Lily can put up with no end of poor guitar playing and random made-up singing. Long may that last!
