Frej Nielsen

Inspired by an adventurous spirit, Frej (pronounced 'Fry') moved to New Zealand from his native Denmark in January 2011.

Being Danish at heart, Frej does his best to spread Danish concepts such as "arbejdsglæde" and "hygge"; concepts that are new to the Springload vocabulary, but not the Springload spirit (though our pronunciation needs some work).

Frej says he's passionate about jQuery. We thought he was just saying that to get the job, but it turns out he really is. Frej's interest in scripting is creating a convenient bridge between the Integrators and Developers at Springload HQ. Just one of the many reasons we enjoy having him around.

They don't come much friendlier than Frej; He only stops smiling so the rest of us don't feel uncomfortable. His can-do attitude is a credit to him, and a valuable addition to the Springload family. Welcome Frej, make yourself comfortable.

With elite military training from Denmark, Frej knows exactly what to do when threatened. Stand to attention with the hack betwixt your feet. Hit the deck and commando roll forward. Release the hack at the mid-point of the manoeuvre. Whamo!
