Quick service announcement.

It's long overdue but our site is finally compatible with most of the world's many languages. We're now using UTF-8, which is a character encoding that supports many different characters. That includes the New Zealand Māori language with its macrons.

どうも有り難う ! (Dōmo arigatō !)
