Kiwibank ATM screens

The Kiwibank website has won design awards and their customers regularly tell them that they love the site. It was only natural that we should carry some of that goodness over to their ATM screens.

The brief was to bring the interface of Kiwibank ATMs into line with the look and feel of their online channels.

The bank was sticking with the same ATM machines so we focused on making the visual interface simpler and more engaging. We introduced the popular illustrations from their web design and worked with Kiwibank's marketing team to refine the messages, stepping customers through a range of transactions.

With the refreshed (and refreshing) visual designs, Kiwibank ATMs deliver a more colourful and enticing experience than your average hole in the wall bank.
