Mereana strategically guides our sales, shaping digital solutions that serve our clients and their customers. A sales and marketing specialist, Mereana joined the Springload whānau in January 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from the marketing and advertising sector.

Mereana is passionate about te ao Māori and the revitalisation of te reo Māori. She's worked in various agencies, primarily serving government clients. At Springload, she helps weave te ao Māori both internally and for our clients as part of our Māori rōpū, Manawa Tūturu.

Outside of work, Mereana's life revolves around her children, their school, and kōhanga reo. She loves spending time with her whānau at the beach and enjoys swimming, kite surfing, and diving.
