Information architecture (IA) is the organisational framework on top of which your design sits. Working with design and UX, we’ll build an IA that lets your customers find what they’re looking for quickly and easily.

In-house content training

We host on-site training sessions to help your inhouse content teams create content that meets your company’s and customers needs. We’ll show you how to think and read like your audience. Why it’s so important to be concise and write in plain English. How to separate your content into bite-size chunks. If we’ve implemented a new CMS we’ll train your staff how to use it, too.
