With over 20 years in digital and financial services, Shane has led technology and product teams across agencies, start-ups, and enterprise environments. Before joining Springload Te Pipītanga, he was a Digital Product Manager at Fisher Funds and the Ministry of Health, and spent more than a decade leading the technology practice at Heyday and Wunderman Thompson. His deep technical knowledge makes him a reliable guide for clients — helping them understand their digital ecosystem, clarify what they really need, and make confident, informed decisions.

Shane can be found both exploring the outdoors and tinkering indoors. At home he’s usually surrounded by plants, LEGO bricks, and clever home automations — like the one that lights the hallway automatically, sparing him the torment of unnecessary repetition.
