Meadow holds everything together. As a Senior Delivery Manager, she's the central point of a project — binding people, timelines, and moving parts — while making sure everyone has what they need to do their best work. She especially thrives in the ideation stage: that discovery space where a challenge meets its solution. Her technical literacy sets her apart too; she can hold her own in a conversation about implementation (though she’s certainly not claiming to be an engineer).

With a BA in Psychology from AUT behind her, Meadow began her tech career building her own online store from scratch. That hands-on curiosity carried her from content management through to client services, production management, and delivery across agencies in Auckland, London and Melbourne. She’s led projects spanning augmented reality, machine learning, data visualisation, and hardware for clients ranging from major corporates like Spark to not-for-profits like Melbourne City Mission.

When she's not keeping projects on track, you're more likely to find Meadow away from a screen than in front of one: foraging for mushrooms, swimming in rivers, or hand-building something out of a big block of clay. Newly planted in Pōneke Wellington, Meadow is looking forward to exploring the accessible nature of the capital with her whānau.
